I am Richéal M. Burns, BA MSc PhD SFHEA, Managing Director of Burns Strategy & Planning Consulting, based in Ireland. I have worked for nearly two decades in academia, and public and private sector across areas of health, well-being, education, innovation and sustainability in Ireland and the UK. I have also published extensively as a expert in health economics and decision analytic modelling.
